Tipco Engineering India Limited submitted newspaper clippings to BSE Limited regarding the notice of its 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 02:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.

The company has engaged CDSL as the agency to provide e-voting platform services. Remote electronic voting will commence on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is Friday, September 11, 2026.
Voting rights will be in proportion to equity shares held by members in the paid-up equity share capital as of the cut-off date. For shares held in physical mode, shareholders are requested to update email IDs with rta@maashitla.com, while demat holders should update with their respective Depository Participants.
