Tips Films Limited has issued a notice regarding its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations, and relevant MCA circulars.
The company published the notice advertisement in two newspapers on August 21, 2026: Business Standard (English edition) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi edition). However, in the Mumbai Lakshadeep Marathi edition, the AGM was inadvertently published as the "30th Annual General Meeting" instead of the correct "17th Annual General Meeting" in the heading. The company is in the process of rectifying this error and will shortly publish a corrigendum in the same newspaper.
The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the AGM notice will be sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (MUFG Intime India Private Limited), and Depositories. For members without registered email addresses, a letter containing a web-link and QR code for accessing these documents will be sent.
These documents are also available on the company's website (www.tipsfilms.in), the websites of BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (www.nseindia.com), and the e-voting website of Central Depository Services Limited (www.evotingindia.com).
Members are advised to keep their email ID, bank account, and other KYC details updated with their depositories through their respective Depository Participants to ensure receipt of electronic communications.
Shareholders will have the opportunity to cast their vote either remotely or during the AGM on the business matters set forth in the notice through the electronic voting system. Detailed voting procedures for members holding shares in dematerialized mode, physical mode, and those without registered email addresses will be provided in the AGM notice.
