Titan Company filed a Deed of Variation for its Employee Stock Option Trust to change trustee composition.
Three new trustees were appointed: Swadesh Behera, Priya Mathilakath, and Sharad Kumar Goyal.
The filing was made pursuant to SEBI Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations, 2021.
The trust was originally established in February 2023 for Titan's Performance Based Unit Scheme.
