TMICC Completes 61.9% Acquisition of Kwality Wall's

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) completed acquisition of 61.9% equity shares of Kwality Wall's (India) Limited (KWIL) under a Share Purchase Agreement with Unilever dated June 25, 2025.
KWIL will continue trading on BSE (544622) and NSE (KWIL) as a majority-owned subsidiary of the TMICC Group.
A mandatory tender offer is underway and expected to conclude in 4–6 months; if TMICC's stake exceeds 75%, it must reduce to 75% within one year per MPS norms.
