The equity shares were allotted to eligible shareholders of JB Chemicals as on the Record Date of Friday, 17th July 2026. This allotment was previously intimated to the exchanges via communication dated 20th July 2026.
Approval and Effective Date
The Company received the Final Listing and Trading Approval from both NSE and BSE on 27th July 2026. The equity shares will be listed and admitted to dealings on both exchanges with effect from 28th July 2026.
