Torrent Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Torrent Power Limited, has successfully commissioned 322 MWp of ground-mounted decentralized solar power projects across Nashik district, Maharashtra. The projects were developed under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0 scheme, which implements feeder level solarisation under Component-C of the PM-KUSUM scheme.

The solar portfolio spans:
- 50 locations across 14 talukas of Nashik district
- Represents one of the most extensive and geographically diversified agricultural feeder solarization projects under the MSKVY framework
- Power will be supplied to MSEDCL under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement
