Torrent Power Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares and convertible instruments of Nabha Power Limited (NPL) from L&T Power Development Limited. The total consideration for the acquisition amounted to ₹3,632.35 crore, which included closing adjustments. Consequently, Nabha Power Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torrent Power Limited effective June 25, 2026.
