Reason for Resignation
Mr. Pawar resigned to pursue alternate career opportunities. He has confirmed in writing that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond this stated reason.
Company Action
The company has accepted Mr. Pawar's resignation. A note of this acceptance will be placed before the Board of Directors in the ensuing Board Meeting.
Key Managerial Personnel Status
Concurrently with his resignation as CEO, Mr. Pawar will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, effective from the close of business hours on 19th August 2026.
