Transchem Limited received in-principle approval from BSE for a preferential issue of 6.15 crore warrants.
The approval was granted via BSE letter Ref: LOD/PREF/MV/FIP/266/2026-27 dated May 21, 2026.
The company will now proceed to consummate the preferential issue following all regulatory approvals.
