The postal ballot is being conducted pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
Process Oversight
Mr. Tapan Shah, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors to ensure the postal ballot process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner in accordance with applicable rules.
