The 60th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Transpek Industry Limited will be held on Tuesday, 15th September 2026 at 03:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Shareholder Eligibility Cut-off
The Board has fixed 7th September 2026 as the cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to exercise Remote E-voting and Voting at the 60th Annual General Meeting.
