The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the company's Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
The company also disclosed that its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives was closed from 1st October, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results on 13th November, 2026, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
