Transrail Lighting recalled share application money remitted for its UAE wholly owned subsidiary Transrail Trading LLC.
The recall was triggered by the current war-like situation in the UAE region.
This update follows an earlier Regulation 30 disclosure made on 17th March, 2026 regarding the same investment.
