- New orders secured worth ₹412 crore in the company's core Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business
- Orders primarily consist of transmission line reconductoring projects using HTLS (High Temperature Low Sag) conductors manufactured by the company
- All orders received in the normal course of business
- Projects are mainly in the domestic market

- Post these new orders, the total order intake for the year has grown to ₹2,021 crore
- The company has additional L1 (lowest bidder) orders totaling ₹409 crore
Strategic and Operational Context
- The reconductoring orders represent a new type of project for the company where high-performance carbon core HTLS conductors are used to increase the current carrying capacity of transmission lines
- These orders are in addition to similar reconductoring orders declared by the company a few days prior to this announcement
- The company manufactures the HTLS conductors in-house
Manufacturing Capacity
- Enhanced manufacturing capacities currently stand at:
- Tower manufacturing: 184,400 MTPA (Metric Tons Per Annum)
- Conductor manufacturing: 40,800 KMPA (Kilo Meters Per Annum)
