Transworld Shipping Lines Limited has successfully completed the sale of its vessel, M.V. SSL Bharat, to Avana Logistek Limited. The transaction was finalized on June 10, 2026. The completion was effected through the execution of a Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance between the Buyer (Avana Logistek Limited) and the Seller (Transworld Shipping Lines Limited). The physical delivery of the vessel took place at Cochin Port, India. This sale was previously communicated to the exchanges via reference letter TSLL/08/2026-27 dated May 5, 2026.
