Transworld Shipping Lines signed a Memorandum of Agreement to sell vessel M.V. SSL Gujarat to Avana Logistek Limited.
The sale consideration for the vessel is set at US$ 3,500,000 and is not a related party transaction.
The agreement was executed on 27th April 2026 and disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
The transaction is structured as an arm's length sale with no special rights or shareholding involved.
