Transworld Shipping Lines signed an agreement to sell vessel MV SSL Bharat to Avana Logistek for $4.8 million.
The transaction is disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and circular requirements for material agreements.
The company confirmed the transaction is not a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length.
