Trent Limited's Board approved issuance of unsecured, redeemable NCDs up to ₹500 crore on private placement basis.
NCDs will be issued within permissible borrowing limits under Section 180 of the Companies Act 2013, subject to regulatory approvals.
The Borrowing and Investment Committee has been authorized to finalize terms of issuance and allotment of the NCDs.
