Professional Background of Sanjeev Prasad

  • Nearly three decades of experience building and transforming people and organisations in India’s technology sector.
  • Over 12 years leading the People Team at Samsung R&D Institute India – Bangalore, Samsung Electronics’ largest R&D centre outside Korea, where he managed talent transformation for a large engineering operation.
  • Prior senior HR roles include Head of HR for the Devices division at Nokia, Director of Human Resources for Trilogy India, and Senior Manager of Human Resources Development at HCL Technologies.
  • Holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
