Tricom Fruit Products Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about a change in the timing of its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company had previously informed the Exchange via its outcome of Committee of Creditors meeting dated 11th August, 2026 about convening the 32nd AGM on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at 4:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Due to certain business and administrative requirements, the company has revised the AGM timing as follows:
- Earlier Time: 4:00 PM IST
- Revised Time: 11:00 AM IST
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Except for the change in time, all other details and matters relating to the AGM remain unchanged, including the date (30th September, 2026), venue/mode (VC/OAVM), and agenda.
