- Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026
- Any other business with the permission of the Chair
Additionally, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares was closed from April 1, 2026. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the results of the meeting are made public on May 28, 2026.
