Trident Texofab Limited has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 04:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The EGM will consider one special business item: Approval for Appointment of Statutory Auditor to fill casual vacancy (Resolution No. 1).

Auditor Appointment Details

The company proposes to appoint M/s. A Bafna & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 121901W) as Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Shah Kailash & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 109647W/W100926). The appointment is recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

Term and Remuneration

If approved, M/s. A Bafna & Associates will hold office from the conclusion of this EGM until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, conducting the statutory audit for financial year 2026-27. Remuneration will be fixed by the Chairman in consultation with the statutory auditor.

Voting Arrangements

Remote e-voting facilities are provided through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) with the following schedule:

  • Cut-off Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2026
  • Voting Period: Sunday, October 25, 2026 (09:00 AM) to Tuesday, October 27, 2026 (05:00 PM)

Meeting Conduct

The EGM will be conducted virtually in compliance with MCA Circular No. 09/2024 and SEBI circulars. Physical attendance is not permitted. Members can join the meeting 15 minutes before and after scheduled commencement time.

Scrutinizer Appointment

CS Mehul Nanubhai Amareliya, Practicing Company Secretaries, has been appointed as scrutinizer to oversee the voting process and prepare a scrutinizer's report within 2 working days after the meeting.

All relevant documents including register of directors, register of contracts, and documents referred to in the notice are available for electronic inspection by members from the notice date until the EGM date by emailing cs@tridenttexofab.com.
