- Seasoned business leader with 30+ years experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, supply chain, and technology sectors

Committee Formations
The Board has also constituted the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee to comply with Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR requirements given that TPTL is proposed to be listed pursuant to the Scheme.
Shareholder Approval Process
All director appointments are subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on June 30, 2026.

All appointed directors have been verified and are not debarred from holding office of Director pursuant to any SEBI Order or order of any authority.

None of the directors of the company are related to Mr. Ashwath Ram, Mr. Siraj Azmat Chaudhry, Mr. Mahesh Ram Chand Chhabria, or Ms. Sandhya Vasudevan.
