  • Vikas, who runs a general store supporting his family;
  • Simran, who built a social‑media enterprise after marriage;
  • Vishwas, a bank branch manager who turned to a digital lender when he needed credit himself.

Each story is filmed at the customers’ homes, businesses, and workplaces, capturing their experiences in their own words.

As of 30 September 2026, True Balance had disbursed a cumulative total of 19.3 million loans, highlighting its extensive reach among underserved and under‑banked populations across India.
