Meeting Details
The 45th Annual General Meeting of the members of TTI Enterprise Limited will be held on Monday, 28th September, 2026 at 10:00 AM IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The meeting is being conducted in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder, as well as the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Voting Eligibility and Procedures
Members holding shares of the company in physical or dematerialized form as on Monday, 21st September, 2026 (the cut-off date for eligibility to vote) shall be entitled to vote by electronic means.
Share Transfer Book Closure
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 to Monday, 28th September, 2026 (both days inclusive).
