TTK Prestige Completes Ultrafresh Subsidiary Divestment

TTK Prestige Limited has completed the divestment of its 51% stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited, which was previously a 51% subsidiary of the company.

The transaction was executed pursuant to a Share Acquisition Agreement dated August 13, 2026, with EFC (I) Limited.

As consideration for the sale, TTK Prestige has been allotted 10,20,038 equity shares of ₹2 each in EFC (I) Limited.

The transaction closing has been completed, and consequently, Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of TTK Prestige Limited.

This disclosure follows the company's previous communication dated August 13, 2026, regarding the same transaction.
