TTL Enterprises Reappoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

TTL Enterprises Limited's board reapproved M/s. R. B. Tanna & Co. as internal auditor for FY 2026-2027.
The board also reappointed M/s Dharti Patel & Associates as secretarial auditor for the same financial year.
Both reappointments were made to comply with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations requirements.
The decisions were formalized during a board meeting held at the company's registered office on May 19, 2026.
