TTML Board Reappoints Harjit Singh as MD

TTML's Board approved the re-appointment of Harjit Singh as Managing Director for a three-year term effective April 24, 2026.
The reappointment is contingent upon subsequent approval from the company's shareholders.
Mr. Singh will not receive any remuneration from TTML for his role as Managing Director.
He currently holds 3,400 equity shares in Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited.
