• Board re-appointed Harjit Singh as Managing Director for three years effective April 24, 2026 to April 23, 2029.
• Re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval and Mr. Singh will not draw any remuneration from the company.
• Mr. Singh holds 3,400 shares and also serves as Managing Director of holding company Tata Teleservices Limited.
