Tulive Developers Forms Committee for Delisting from BSE

Tulive Developers Limited has formed a committee of independent directors to evaluate a voluntary delisting offer from the BSE.
The committee, comprising three independent directors, will provide reasoned recommendations on the delisting offer as per SEBI regulations.
The committee's recommendations will be published in newspapers and submitted to the stock exchange and the manager to the delisting offer.
