The Company intimates that the meeting of its Rights Issue Committee, which was originally scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026, and subsequently postponed to Thursday, August 6, 2026, has been further postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 27, 2026, and will be held at the Registered Office of the Company.

The agenda for the rescheduled Rights Issue Committee meeting includes:

  • Consideration, discussion, and decision on various matters related to the proposed Rights Issue
  • Determination of specific terms including Rights Issue price and related payment mechanism
  • Determination of rights entitlement ratio
  • Decision on timing of the Rights Issue
  • Fixing the record date to determine eligibility of shareholders for the Rights Issue
  • Any other items with the permission of the Chair

The disclosure references previous intimations dated July 15, 2026 and July 23, 2026, also submitted under Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations.

Regarding insider trading precautions, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure began at the close of trading hours on BSE on July 1, 2026, and was originally scheduled to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Trading Window will now continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Rights Issue Committee meeting and after the information considered therein becomes generally available. This extended closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders.
