The special resolution for AoA alteration passed with 99.997% votes in favor, representing 1,12,32,169 shares voted by 122 members.
An ordinary resolution to approve contributions to bona fide charitable funds passed with 99.989% votes in favor, representing 1,12,31,234 shares.
The postal ballot was conducted via remote e-voting from March 25 to April 23, 2026, with NSDL as the e-voting platform provider.
