TVS Motor Acquires 4.9% Stake in Jana SFB

TVS Motor Company's Investment Committee approved a ₹193.31 crore acquisition of 4.90% stake in Jana Small Finance Bank.
The acquisition is not a related party transaction and aims to provide banking ecosystem insight and enable mutual collaboration.
Jana SFB reported a FY26 total income of ₹6,374.76 crore and a net profit of ₹326.43 crore.
The transaction completion is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
