TVS Motor Appoints Ravindran Shanmugam Independent Director

TVS Motor Company appointed Mr. Ravindran Shanmugam as Additional and Non-Executive Independent Director for five years effective May 13, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors and is subject to shareholder approval through postal ballot.
Mr. Shanmugam brings expertise in AI, digital platforms, and technology-led transformation from roles at Mablle, Livspace, Grab, and McKinsey.
The director is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding office by SEBI or any authority.
