TVS Motor Postal Ballot for Ravindran Shanmugam Appointment

TVS Motor Company issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Ravindran Shanmugam as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
The appointment is for a five-year term effective 13th May 2026 and requires a special resolution passed via electronic voting between 22nd May and 20th June 2026.
Mr. Shanmugam, aged 36, brings expertise in AI, digital transformation, and platform businesses, having co-founded Mablle and held leadership roles at Livspace and Grab.
The scrutiny of the e-voting process will be handled by M/s B Chandra and Associates, with results announced on or before 22nd June 2026.
