TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited infused INR 213.44 Mn into its wholly owned US subsidiary TVS Logistics Investment Inc. USA via equity allotment.
The funding is towards cash flow and working capital requirements of the US subsidiary, completed as a cross-border transaction under automatic route.
TVS Logistics Investment Inc. USA reported FY25 turnover of 10,298.94 Mn, up from 7,961.77 Mn in FY24 and 7,061.93 Mn in FY23.
