TVS SCS Invests ₹59.56 Cr in FIT 3PL Subsidiary

TVS SCS board approved ₹59.56 crore equity infusion in its wholly owned subsidiary FIT 3PL for business expansion.
The company acquired 220,609 shares at ₹2,700 per share, maintaining 100% ownership of FIT 3PL.
FIT 3PL operates in logistics and warehousing with turnover of ₹133.18 crore in FY25 and ₹144.40 crore in FY24.
The transaction was executed on an arm's length basis with completion expected by September 2027.
