TVS Srichakra shareholders approved re-appointment of R Naresh as Managing Director (Executive Vice-Chairman) for three years via postal ballot.
The special resolution received 96.35% favorable votes with 35.59 lakh valid votes cast through NSDL e-voting platform.
The appointment is effective from 16th June 2026 with remuneration subject to maximum 5% of net profits as per Companies Act.
The company complied with SEBI LODR Regulation 30 by intimating stock exchanges of the voting results and minutes.
