Typhoon Financial Services Limited has disclosed the appointment of secretarial auditors following shareholder approval at the 36th Annual General Meeting held on 23rd September, 2026.
The shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners, Practising Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31.
The appointment was recommended by the Board on 29th July, 2026 and is made in compliance with Regulation 24A of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and provisions of Section 204 of the Companies Act and Rule 9 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
