U.H. Zaveri Appoints P H Shah as Statutory Auditor

U.H. Zaveri Limited has filed a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the appointment of their statutory auditor.

The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on Thursday, 3rd September, 2026 at the Registered office of the Company, approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants [FRN:0115464W] as the Statutory Auditor of the Company. This approval was based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company.

The appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31. The effective date of appointment is 3rd September, 2026. This appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
