Ubisoft Shares Fall 4% on Black Flag

Ubisoft stock slipped over 4% after announcing Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced release date of July 9.
The remake, priced at €59.99, will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC with updated visuals and new content.
Ubisoft is executing a January‑announced reorganisation, cancelling six games and restructuring into five genre‑based creative divisions to cut costs.
The profit warning in January had pushed Ubisoft shares to their lowest level in over a decade.
