UCAL Limited has provided intimation of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, 13th August 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Additionally, the Company confirms that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed. The window was initially closed from 1st July 2026, as per the Company's earlier notice dated 26th June 2026 related to the closure of the Trading Window. The Trading Window shall now remain closed until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
