UCO Bank MD & CEO Additional Charge Extended

• Shri Rajendra Kumar Saboo, Executive Director of UCO Bank, has been granted extension of additional charge of the post of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO)
• The extension is for a further period of three months beyond 31st August, 2026, i.e. up to 30th November, 2026
• The extension will continue until the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post of MD & CEO of the Bank, or until further orders, whichever is earlier
• The additional charge was originally assigned vide disclosure dated 19th June, 2026
• The extension is conveyed by the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, vide letter no.4/1/2025-BO.1 (Part I) dated 25th August, 2026
