Ugar Sugar Works Limited has issued a notice regarding an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, 26th October 2026. The meeting will be conducted through hybrid mode.
The primary purpose of the meeting is to approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Result and Segment-wise Revenue Result for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company has implemented a closed trading window period. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed for Directors, Designated Employees, and Insiders from 1st October 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results (both days inclusive).
This notice has been submitted to both the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for dissemination to investors.
