• Mr. Sharad Agarwal resigned as Chief Operations & Technology Officer to pursue an alternate career opportunity.
• Mr. Satyabrata Mohapatra was appointed as the new Chief Operations Officer, effective from 5th May 2026.
• The change was intimated to exchanges pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations 30 and 51.
