Pursuant to SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, UHM Vacation Limited has entered into a DMC Extranet B2B Agreement with ITRIP LLC, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The agreement facilitates cooperation in providing hotel accommodation and related travel services, where UHM Vacation Limited will act as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and provide services for resale by ITRIP LLC through its B2B/B2C channels. The arrangement includes sharing of inventory, real-time availability, and bookable rates through an Extranet platform.
Key terms of the agreement include rates provided in USD on a net and non-commissionable basis, specified payment terms, booking and cancellation procedures, and operational responsibilities governing the business relationship between the parties.
The agreement remains valid for one year from the effective date and automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless terminated according to the agreement terms.
This agreement was executed in the ordinary course of business and is expected to strengthen the company's business relationship with international B2B partners while contributing to its travel and tourism business operations.
