Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has made a regulatory disclosure regarding the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2019.
The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board approved the allotment through a resolution passed on October 08, 2026 at 11:02 PM. The committee approved the allotment of 19,08,578 Equity Shares of face value of ₹10 each, fully paid-up, pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the Bank's ESOP Scheme 2019.
As a result of this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Bank has increased from ₹19,51,05,63,420 to ₹19,52,96,49,200.
The Bank has already received in-principle approval from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited for listing of these shares and is currently in the process of applying for the final listing approval on both exchanges.
