  • Ms. Carol Furtado, currently Executive Director, has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited.
  • The appointment has been approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) via letter dated September 01, 2026.
  • The appointment is effective from September 1, 2026, for a period of three months.
  • The interim appointment will continue until the earlier of: (a) completion of three months, or (b) appointment of a regular Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the Bank.
