Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Thursday, July 23, 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
The Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Bank by its designated persons and their dependents has been closed since July 01, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
Additionally, PAN freeze has been enabled through the depositories for each of the designated persons for the duration of the trading window closure period.
