The company has fixed Saturday, September 12, 2026 as the cutoff date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting in the ensuing AGM.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
The e-voting period will commence from Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 09:00 a.m. IST and will end on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. IST (both days inclusive).
The company will be availing e-voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for this process.
